“This team based approach has produced some truly outstanding, high impact and targeted results, which in turn, have helped our organisation achieve and sustain our strategic conservation goals in the Eden catchment.”

Eden Rivers Trust: Saving Eden
Creative Concern copy edited, designed and produced the Saving Eden Catchment Management Plan. This involved working directly with the Trust’s director and Rebanks Consulting to plan, develop and shape the way the Catchment Management Plan process would be communicated.
We also produced and directed two films, one as a consultation tool, the other for senior decision makers to disseminate good practice. The films have been used extensively for public meetings and screenings as well as for presentation and exhibition tools.
For the Saving Eden documents themselves, we provided copywriting and editing support, developed the maps, commissioned the photography as well as designing and managing the print production process. The Plan became three documents, a substantial strategic visioning document, a document spelling out the big actions and a large-scale caption management map. All the documents were contained in a slip case.
The challenge here was to communicate catchment management in a completely different way that would make it engaging and accessible for all audiences, regardless of their technical knowledge. In addition we developed a simple website to contain the films and downloadable documents that matched the wider design style.
"We have been working with Creative Concern on a variety of communications initiatives, including printed, web and film based projects, since 2011. During this time our relationship has grown beyond that of traditional client contractor relationship to one whereby we view Creative Concern as an essential part of our team. This team based approach has produced some truly outstanding, high impact and targeted results, which in turn, have helped our organisation achieve and sustain our strategic conservation goals in the Eden catchment."
