Creative Concern was borne out of a belief that communications could change the world. That was in 2002 and this belief remains at the core of our business; it’s what gets us up in the morning. We summarise our approach as: communications for a sustainable future.
We are a creative communications agency, based in Manchester's Northern Quarter, providing design, web, film, branding, strategic PR, copywriting and marketing services. We have grown from a team of 2 to 30, working with a diverse range of clients across the public, private and charitable sectors. As a company, we are driven by our ethical outlook as well as our ideas and creative edge. We care about what we do. We deliver projects with intelligence and enthusiasm across different disciplines and platforms. Above all, we are about generating results for our clients. All of our projects and campaigns are delivered with a tight focus on the aims and objectives.
Creative Concern is a new type of agency. We are as likely to be making a film or devising a media campaign as we are developing a new brand identity or planning a social media campaign. We are a genuinely multi-disciplinary team, working across a range of media to develop powerful and effective marketing and communications. Whether the job is to lead a rallying cry for action, engage the community through consultation or delivering a viral advertising campaign, we have the skills and the team in place.
Creative Concern is part of DNS – a new kind of communications network. We are all linked by our ethical and sustainable outlook, as well as our creativity. We first met in 2010, and from there the network was born. Our seven agencies are passionate about sustainability and collectively believe that creativity, humour and optimism can help create a better future – that’s why we’ve chosen a name that ridicules the idea that sustainability needs to be dull, boring or worthy.
